Line a loaf pan (9-X5-X3-inch) with aluminum foil; press meat mixture in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serves 8 to 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meat Loaf Recipes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corn Stuffed Meatloaf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 pounds lean ground beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stuffing Mixture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 cups whole kernel corn, canned or frozen, thawed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup soft bread crumbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/3 cup finely chopped onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg, slightly beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine meat, salt and pepper. On a large piece of wax paper, form meat mixture into a 10- x 12-inch rectangle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix stuffing ingredients. Top meat with stuffing mixture to within 3\/4-inch of edges and roll up like a jelly roll. Seal ends to keep corn mixture in. Place roll in a baking dish (with sides).
